These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the site https://eidosolutions.fr (the “Site”), published by EIDO. They do not cover use of the Eidō application, which is governed by a separate service agreement.
1. Purpose
The Site presents EIDO's products and services and allows visitors to make contact or request a demonstration. Accessing the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Publisher and hosting
Information about the Site's publisher and host is set out in the Legal notice.
3. Access to the Site
The Site is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. Access and equipment costs remain the user's responsibility.
EIDO endeavours to keep the Site accessible continuously, with no obligation of result. Access may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance, updates or in the event of force majeure, without EIDO's liability being engaged.
4. User behaviour
The user undertakes to use the Site in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulations. They notably refrain from disrupting the functioning of the Site, accessing it fraudulently, or extracting its content for unauthorised purposes.
5. Intellectual property
All Site content is protected under intellectual property law, under the conditions specified in the Legal notice. No reproduction or exploitation is authorised without prior written agreement from EIDO.
6. Personal data
Personal data processing carried out via the Site is described in the Privacy policy.
7. Liability
The information published on the Site is provided for guidance and may evolve. EIDO cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the Site or inability to access it.
8. Hypertext links
The Site may refer to third-party sites, over which EIDO has no control and for which it declines all responsibility.
9. Modification of the Terms
EIDO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of consultation of the Site.
10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
