Eidō Organisations connects your objectives, your decisions, and their progress. The executive committee sees what is happening on the ground. The ground understands what the executive committee decides.
Eidō Organisations links the strategy of your leadership, the organization of your teams, and execution in the field.
The course, the arbitrations, the trajectory.
The org chart, the contributors, the responsibilities.
The action plans, the tasks, the daily work.
You start with a short PoC, on one or two current subjects with visible stakes. You test the method and the platform in your context.
Eidō is a system dedicated to structuring your organization. It is not just an OKR or work management tool.
One primitive, the objective, carries strategy, organization, and execution. It cascades and stays connected at every level. Where other tools stack features on separate objects (tasks, projects, OKRs, tickets), Eidō brings the whole into a single coherent system.
Many vendors sell configurability as power. We treat it as a trap. Eidō embeds a method validated by fifteen years of consulting practice: Frame, Pilot, Arbitrate, Decide. It structures the mechanics of pilotage, not the content of your decisions. It applies to any organization, regardless of sector or size.
Eidō is not a cycle tool. Your decisions do not disappear into archived minutes. Your validated workflows become templates. Your arbitrations stay intelligible to newcomers. The organization compounds instead of starting over.
A map, a sheet, a daily view, a planner, a memory. Five surfaces that make what plays out in your organization visible and actionable.
Your whole organization on a living map.
Your objectives are connected to each other and you track their progress in real time. The map updates as your teams contribute. At a glance, you see what is moving, what is stuck, and what depends on what.
Everything you need to know about a subject, on one screen.
For each objective, a module brings together the essentials: its expectations and deliverables, its action plan, its budget and human resources, its contributors, its deadlines, its pilotage indicators.
The essential of the day, for each role.
Your personal home screen lets you track your current tasks, your upcoming deadlines, your alerts, your notifications. A view calibrated to what you actually have to do today, without searching.
Actions structured, tracked, linked.
Each objective carries its action plan. Tasks and protocols structured, owners assigned, deadlines set, dependencies tracked. List view for the detail, planning view for the trajectory.
Your organization's strategic memory.
Each arbitration linked to its objective, dated, signed. No more decisions lost between two committees, no more arbitrations forgotten at the next executive committee. Newcomers can understand, without asking, why a given decision was made.
Eidō bundles together use cases your teams currently spread across disconnected tools.
Strategic, operational, transformation, project: every type of objective finds its place and its structured form in Eidō.
For each objective, you set the concrete expectations: what must be delivered or reached for it to count as fulfilled.
You connect your objectives to each other: dependencies, hierarchies, contributions. The map builds itself as you go.
You orient your teams: tasks, protocols, owners, deadlines. Every action stays linked to the objective it serves.
Operating procedures and document templates that work in your organization are stored in an internal library.
You lay out what each objective consumes: budget, time, teams involved. You track consumption continuously.
Meeting notes, reference documents, minutes: everything stays linked to the relevant objective and accessible to the right contributors.
You make your decisions from reliable data and from the suggestions of our AI framed by the Eidō method.
An objective may seem to be going well while being at risk, and vice versa. Eidō computes for each objective its probability of succeeding, based on the reality of its execution and the control over its means.
Two indicators feed this calculation. The reality indicator measures the health of the action plan: progress, deadlines met, deliverables reached. The control indicator measures the health of the means engaged: human, financial, material, and immaterial resources. Each reads at two levels: intrinsic (the objective itself) and systemic (the objectives it is linked to).
The map consolidates these probabilities branch by branch, and surfaces your organization's critical path: the line where the risks of non-achievement concentrate. You know where to look, before the problem becomes visible.
The Eidō architecture welcomes in 2026 the progressive rollout of an agentic AI layer. Framed by the method, it never steps outside the scope you set.
The AI reads your meeting minutes and proposes the related objectives, deliverables and owners. You validate, or you correct.
Divergences between decision and execution surface automatically, before they weigh on margin.
The method bounds what the AI can and cannot do. You stay in control, always.
Three extensions extend Eidō Organisations while keeping the same architecture: your teams stay in the same tool and benefit from the same method.
The mobile app for your contributors on the move. Tasks of the day, notifications, quick reports: your field teams stay connected to strategy, without having to open their laptop.
Manage opportunities, customer files, and sales performance tracking, in the same grammar as your objectives. Your sales teams steer their portfolio without changing tools or losing the link with strategy.
Eidō integrates with your existing software ecosystem. Connect your business tools (calendar, finance, quality, HR, hospital systems) to circulate information without manual entry, and make Eidō the consolidation point of your pilotage.
Three modes at your choice, depending on your requirements for hosting, customization, and sovereignty.
The standard mode, hosted in France.
An instance dedicated to your organization.
On your servers, within your perimeter.
A short PoC, with no long commitment, on real subjects. You test Eidō in your context before deciding on full deployment.
6 months recommended to embed the practice.
Live projects with visible stakes.
Spread across the whole period.
Weeks 1-2.
Subject scoping, initial workspace setup, org chart configuration, and Eidō method setup.
Weeks 3-4.
Your first contributors take over the platform. First structured objectives, first action plans.
Weeks 5-7.
Eidō becomes the pilotage system for your PoC subjects. Teams contribute continuously, the indicators start talking.
Weeks 8-22.
The practice takes hold. Eidō connects to your existing rituals (executive committee, team meetings). Usage becomes natural.
Weeks 23-26.
Measure of the value produced. Decision to extend to the whole organization, or adjust the scope.
A 30-minute demo, prepared from your context. You leave with a quantified estimate of the time and the cost Eidō can give you back.
