Down to the field
Each decision becomes an objective, with its owners, resources and deadlines. Teams know what is expected, and why.
It rests on constant flows: decisions reaching the field, work rising to leadership, and exchanges between departments. Eidō comes from a reality observed for nearly twenty years with executives: these flows break.
Book a demoThe reality
A decision takes weeks to reach the teams. What happens in the field never rises, and leadership has no view of it. Across departments, each one defends its scope with its own vocabulary and priorities, and no one speaks the same language. The people are not at fault: each role works inside its own tools, and everyone rebuilds their part by hand.
Three flows
Each decision becomes an objective, with its owners, resources and deadlines. Teams know what is expected, and why.
Progress, delays and friction rise in real time. Leadership sees what is actually happening, without waiting for a report.
Finance, HR, legal and sales work on the same objectives. The objective becomes their shared language.
A shared language
In Eidō, every objective gathers what it takes to reach it: the people working on it and their workload, the budget allocated and spent, the action plan and the decisions made. Each role reads what concerns them, and everyone talks about the same objective.

Top-down and bottom-up
An objective breaks into sub-objectives, then projects and tasks, down to each person's work. Decisions cascade down this structure, and progress rises back up the same way: leadership reads the whole, each manager their scope, and each person their tasks for the day.

For each objective, Eidō estimates its chances of being reached, based on actual progress and available resources. The weakest branch of the organization surfaces before the delay becomes visible.
The method
You set the topic of the moment, and what must be delivered or reached to call it done.
You assign the actions, with their owners and deadlines, each tied to the objective it serves.
You decide based on up-to-date data, and every arbitration is dated and tied to its objective.
The decision cascades back into the organization, instead of staying in a meeting report.
Each decision then opens a new cycle. The method frames how you steer, not the content of your decisions, and it works across industry and size.
What it isn't
At our place
Objectives and projects are visible to everyone, without rebuilding before each meeting.
Features and bug fixes are tracked like objectives, and blockers surface before they spread.
Each deal has its stage, amount and owner, visible to the whole team.
