We saw the problem from the inside before building Eidō.

Eidō is carried by a team of seven, with backgrounds in consulting, executive leadership and engineering.

History

From a consulting tool to a software company

  1. 2007

    The missions

Maxime Lalo begins advising executives on the organization and steering of their companies, across very different sectors and sizes.

  2. Then

    A tool for his clients

He builds a first steering system for his missions, then uses it with his clients. The need quickly outgrows consulting.

  3. 2024

    The software company

Eidō becomes a software company, in Quint-Fonsegrives, near Toulouse. The team is seven today.

What we observed through these years, and how Eidō answers it: our approach.

Team

Seven people, three teams

01

Leadership

Maxime Lalo

Founder, CEO

He has been advising companies and their executives since 2007. The method embedded in Eidō comes from those years of missions, before becoming software.

Corentin Aglaor

Co-founding partner

A partner from the start, he was the first to invest in Eidō and made it possible to build the team. As an entrepreneur, he puts his network at the service of the project.

Mario Ugljesic

Director of operations

A former executive and organization consultant, engineer by training, he knows from the inside the institutions Eidō equips today.

02

Product and engineering

Emmanuel Mertz

Lead developer

Holding a master's in artificial intelligence, he leads Eidō's technical architecture.

Boris Legros

Full-stack developer

He ships Eidō's features day in, day out.

William Wjeux

Junior full-stack developer

He joined the engineering team and ships Eidō's features.

03

Customer relations

Milan De Miguel

Business developer

In daily contact with SMB and mid-market executives, he is often the first point of contact for companies discovering Eidō.

Why this name

The name brings together three ideas: gathering what was scattered, giving the organization a shared form, and growing it through constant effort.

  • Edo The era that followed the unification of Japan, after more than a century of wars between lords.
  • Eidos In ancient Greek, the form: what gives things their structure.
  • Dō In Japanese, the way: a practice that is refined over time.
